mango with pistachio
1 large ripe mango
2 tablespoons chopped dry-roasted pistachios
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
butter
salt, pepper, sugar
Cut the mango into ½ inch cubes. Mix with the pistachios and ginger. Season with salt, pepper, and a
pinch of sugar. Sauté in butter.
