Put the coffee beans in a bowl and pour in the heavy cream. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 2 days. 2. Strain off the coffee beans and discard them. Whisk the confectioners' sugar, milk and a pinch of salt into the coffee cream.
