shrimps with basil rolled in parma ham (serves 4) 12 large shrimps or prawns 12 thin slices of Parma ham 24 basil leaves olive oil cayenne pepper Preheat oven to 250 °C (420 °F) Shell the shrimps and remove the vein Brush the ham slices lightly with olive oil and lay two basil leaves on each slice. Place a shrimp on each slice and sprinkle lightly with cayenne pepper. Roll the shrimp in the ham and place on an oiled baking tray. Brush lightly with olive oil and place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 8 - 10 minutes.back
