marinated chicken wings
3½ lbs chicken wings
1 cup Hoisin sauce
¾ cup plum sauce
½ cup light soy sauce
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3cup honey
6 scallions
6 garlic cloves

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Drop in the wings and stir about. Cover the bowl and
refrigerate for 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 375° F

Remove the wings from the sauce ansd let excess sauce drip off. Place the wings on an oiled
rack and bake for about 30 minutes.
Hint. Place a tin foil lined pan under the rack to catch the drippings
