lamb chops in garlic oil (serves 3)
5-6 thyme sprigs
at least 4 garlic cloves, peeled and cut into thick slices
½ red chili pepper, sliced
1 lemon
6 lamb chops olive oil
Peel the lemon very thin and cut the peel into several stripes. Squeeze out the lemon juice. Put the
chops in a bowl or appropriate container Lay on the rest of the ingredients pour in enough olive oil to
cover. Refrigerate over night. Grill or fry as usual.
