curried cashews
4 cardamom seeds
½ teaspoon macis
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 heaping cups cashews
1 egg white

Grind the cardamom seed and macis in a mortar and then add the salt, curry and brown sugar.

Mix the nuts with enough egg white to cover them, add the spices and mix again.

Spread the nuts on a greased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown at 200° C (400° F)
