garlic bread
10 medium garlic cloves with skin left on
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1 ciabatta, cut in half lengthwise
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Toast garlic cloves in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 8 minutes. Let cloves cool a bit
then remove skins and mince. In a small bowl mash garlic, butter, cheese and salt with a fork until
thoroughtly combined.
Spread the garlic-butter mixture on the two bread halves and bake in oven until golden brown, about
8-10 minutes
