curried cashews
4 cardamom seeds
½ teaspoons macis
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons salt
2 heaping cups cashew nuts
1 egg white
Grind the cardamom seed and macis in a mortar and then add the salt, curry
and brown sugar.
Mix the nuts with enough egg white to cover them, add the spices and mix again.
Spread the nuts on a greased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown at 200° C (400° F)
