The following formulas for metric conversions may be helpful because I use both the American and the metric measuring systems. Fahrenheit to Centigrade (Celsius): subtract 32 from °F, multiply by 5, then divide by 9.
Centigrade to Fahrenheit: multiply °C by 9, divide by 5, then add 32.
175° C = 350° F
200° C = 400° F
225° C = 450° F
250° C = 480° F
